With more than 20 years in real estate and over 1,100 closed transactions, she brings deep North Central Washington market knowledge and the kind of experience that comes from guiding clients through an enormous range of properties, decisions, and situations. A Managing Broker with eXp Realty, U.S. Army veteran, and longtime local, Jackie works directly with buyers and sellers through the parts of the process where her experience matters most, from understanding value and evaluating properties to strategy, offers, negotiations, problem-solving, and navigating the unexpected. Jackie is especially at home with properties that require a little more understanding, including land, acreage, rural properties, waterfront, and unique homes. Her approach is straightforward: listen carefully, ask the right questions, explain things clearly, and give her clients the information and guidance they need to make confident decisions.

Transaction & Client Coordinator
Barb is the coordination hub behind Jackie's listings, buyers, and active transactions. She manages much of the administrative work that happens before, during, and after a transaction, helping make sure important details, documents, deadlines, and communication keep moving.
From listing coordination and buyer support to scheduling, documentation, transaction timelines, client follow-up, and the many details that come with getting from an offer to closing, Barb helps keep the moving pieces organized behind the scenes.
That support gives Jackie more time to stay focused on advising clients, evaluating properties, negotiating, solving problems, and handling the parts of the transaction where her experience matters most.

Katie and the Inity Solutions Team provides executive, operational, and marketing support behind Jackie's business. We help manage the systems, projects, marketing, and behind-the-scenes work that gives Jackie more room to stay focused on clients and their real estate needs.
A major part of that work is marketing. Every property has its own story, and our job is to help tell it well. From listing launches and property-specific marketing to social media, digital content, campaigns, and ongoing visibility, we work to give Jackie's listings thoughtful attention beyond simply putting them into the MLS.
We also support the business through systems, technology, executive support, and ongoing marketing, helping make sure the operation behind the client experience is working just as intentionally as the client-facing side.
