Thinking About Selling?
Sometimes selling starts with a question.
What is my property worth? Is now the right time? Should I fix anything before I sell? How do you price something when there aren't five houses just like it down the street?
You don't need to know the answers before you call us.
We'll help you understand your property, what's happening in the local market, what may matter before you list, and what probably doesn't.
Then you can decide what makes sense for you.
In Their Words
Kind words from our clients.
Every move is different. The way people feel supported through it matters just as much as what happens at the closing table.
I wanted someone who knew the area well and was knowledgeable in rural properties, knowing they can have unique challenges. I know I could not have found anyone better than Jackie. Her guidance throughout the whole process was priceless.
Jackie was easy to work with and we trusted her to help us with the whole process of selling our home. What makes her unique is her great communication skills and honesty.
You couldn't ask for a more attentive, detail oriented, knowledgeable, or caring real estate agent. She treated us like friends and not just business. She would get 6 stars if I could give it.
Jackie was my buyer's agent and made every step of the purchase a breeze. She made sure I was aware of all deadlines and had ample time to review documents. She made the whole process straightforward and simple.
I can't thank Jackie enough for helping my family purchase a piece of property we've always dreamed of one day having. Her experience speaks for itself and her communication is second to none.
Jackie is the best agent I have ever worked with and I've worked with several others. She saved me weeks of time by identifying problems before they became bigger problems.
Ready When You Are
Start wherever you are.
You don't need to know exactly what you want. You don't need to be ready to buy or sell tomorrow. And you don't need to know all the right real estate questions before you reach out.
Tell us what you're thinking. We'll start there.
Questions are welcome here.
Real estate comes with plenty of them. Here are a few we hear often.
Buying land here is different from buying a home in a subdivision. Water rights, well permits, septic feasibility, road access, zoning, and utility availability can all affect what you can do with a property. We'll help you understand those details before you commit, not after. If you're new to land purchases, that's completely fine.
It can be, yes. Acreage often involves considerations you wouldn't encounter with an in-town home: irrigation, access roads, well and septic systems, terrain, fencing, and sometimes agricultural use. The financing can work differently too. We've helped people navigate these purchases for years and can walk you through what to expect.
When there aren't five comparable houses on the same street, pricing takes more care. We look at the property's specific features, recent sales of properties with similar characteristics, the land itself, improvements, location, and current market conditions. Jackie's experience with unusual and one-of-a-kind properties means she knows what to weigh and what questions to ask.
These are some of the most important questions in a rural purchase. Not every property has access to municipal water or sewer, and well drilling, septic installation, and utility connections can involve permits, inspections, and real costs. We make sure you understand exactly what a property has, and what it doesn't, before you move forward.
Not always. Some improvements help, and some don't make enough difference to be worth the time and cost. We'll walk through your property with you and give you an honest assessment of what's likely to matter to buyers and what probably won't. The goal is to help you make smart decisions, not spend money unnecessarily.
Whenever you'd like. You don't need to be on a timeline to start a conversation. Some of our best client relationships started months, or even a year, before anything happened. We're happy to answer questions, share information, and stay in touch until you're ready.
Absolutely. Moving to a new area comes with a lot of questions beyond the house itself: neighborhoods, commute times, schools, what different communities feel like, where things are. Jackie has lived here for decades and knows the area from the inside out. We'll help you get oriented and find the right fit.
Yes. Jackie is a U.S. Army veteran herself, and we welcome the opportunity to work with military members, veterans, and their families. If you have questions about buying or selling in our area, we're glad to help, whether you're using a VA loan, relocating, or simply looking for a place to call home.
